"I kept putting it off until I smelled smoke drifting into the upstairs bedroom. Prime Chimney got me on the schedule that same week, found a cracked flue tile I had no idea about, and walked me through the whole repair with photos on their tablet. No scare tactics — just straight answers and a fair price. My fireplace drafts better than it has since we bought the house."

"Our 1920s chimney was literally shedding bricks onto the roof after last winter. Three companies told us to just cap it off. Prime Chimney was the only crew that actually wanted to save it. They matched the original brick, rebuilt the crown, and it looks like it's been there a hundred years — except now it's actually solid. Worth every penny."

"My gas insert kept shutting off mid-burn and I couldn't figure out why. The tech spent twenty minutes diagnosing a dirty thermopile I never would've found on my own, cleaned the whole assembly, and showed me how to maintain it between service calls. Didn't try to upsell me a single thing. That's rare these days."
